Lana has been tattooing professionally for 8 years. Her story started with her apprenticeship in 2014 at a shop right here in Jackson. Fresh out of high school, she had an opportunity to follow the dream she imagined for herself as a child. Growing up people always said that is where she was going to end up, thus they weren’t surprised by her early induction into the body art world. Since that start 10 years ago, she has worked at shops all around Jackson and across the entire US, from coast to coast! Even working in the oldest operating shop in the US, Outer Limits in Long Beach, CA.

Lana’s focus in her adult life has almost entirely been on tattooing, tattoo education and tattoo history. She has spent her years traveling the country to learn from some of the top artists the US has to offer. Between seminars, master classes, and guests spots she has spent hundreds of hours on pursuing higher education of this craft. Lana’s education and experience has made her a powerhouse in many styles of tattooing. She can tattoo in a variety of styles with ease, from black and grey to color, realism to new school, traditional to abstract and everything in between. Be that as it may, her specialty has become Japanese inspired neo-traditional—A bold and budding style that she brings her own unique twist to.
